At Waddell Transfer, we put you in the driver's seat. That seat will be behind the wheel of a late-model Mack truck, minimizing the risk of breakdowns to keep you and our freight moving down the road. We are a regional carrier, transporting goods in a 1,000 mile radius of our headquarters in Atkins, VA. This allows our drivers to be home once during the week and we do our best to get you home every weekend, not stuck on the road for weeks at a time.

Applicants for OTR positions must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid class A CDL
  • Must be at least 24 years of age
  • Able to pass DOT physical and drug test
  • Minimum 2 years OTR verifiable experience
  • Good safety record
  • Clean MVR report
  • Flatbed experience preferred but not required
